UK mainland only.

Cost (weight-based, exactly as used at checkout)

• Orders under £80

  • Up to 5 kg: £4.99

  • Over 5 kg: £4.99 + £0.75 per extra kg (or part thereof)

• Orders £80+

  • Free delivery

  • Heavy parcels (over 5 kg): +£4 heavy-parcel contribution
    (helps cover safe courier handling of glass cases)

Local Delivery
Selected postcodes — FREE on 2+ bottles.

Timing
2–4 working days (a touch longer around Christmas/bank holidays). Tracking provided.

Age check
Our courier requires an 18+ signature on delivery.

No ParcelShops/Lockers
Because we sell alcohol, we can only deliver directly to an adult (18+). ParcelShop and locker collections aren’t available.

Examples (typical, for guidance only):
• 1–2 bottles → usually under 5 kg → £4.99 (if order total is under £80).
• 3+ 70cl bottles → often over 5 kg → £4.99 + £0.75/kg (under £80) or £4 contribution (if £80+).

Returns

We hope you’ll love your Sasbery order, but if something isn’t right we’ll always make it good.

Damaged or wrong item?
Tell us within 7 days (a quick photo helps) and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Changed your mind?
You may return sealed, unopened bottles within 14 days.
– Return postage is at your cost.
– A refund is issued once items are safely back in resaleable condition.

Cancellations

You can cancel any time before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellations aren’t possible.
